Concepts

The CrocoBrain concepts

CrocoBrain is built on a few stubborn convictions: capturing should cost nothing, believing should be earned, and nobody but you gets to decide. Four short essays to state them plainly.

  • Passive capture

Valuable information arrives precisely when you cannot stop to write it down. Capture must rest on design, not discipline — and a captured pile is not yet knowledge.

  • Knowledge debt

Notes decay; a wrong note that sounds sure of itself is worse than no note at all. The answer is not more discipline — it is arbitrated freshness.

  • Earned curation

No Save button. A source becomes trustworthy by passing a quality gate; a wiki note matures through living use. Trust is never toggled — it is earned.

  • Living memory

Notes that stay current because every conversation and every source proposes updates — proposed, never silently applied. History is kept; nothing is overwritten.
